Assam Rifles Qualification Details:
- Rifleman General Duty – 10th class pass
- Havildar Clerk – Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificates and English typing
- Warrant Officer Radio Mechanic – 10th pass / 12th std and trade skill
- Havildar Operator Radio & Line – 10th pass / 12th pass and Trade Skill
- Rifleman Armourer – 10th class and basic aptitude in the trade
- Rifleman Laboratory Assistant – 10th class pass with English, Maths, Science and Biology and Basic aptitude in the trade
- Rifleman Nursing Assistant – 10th class pass with English, Mathematics and Science with Biology and skill test
- Rifleman Washerman – 10th class and practical knowledge in washer man skill
- Rifleman AYA – 10th class and basic aptitude
Age Limit:
- Age in between 18 to 23 years for GD, Armourer, Lab Assist., Nursing Assist and Washer man posts
- Age in between 18 to 20 years for all other posts
